  1. With the UltraBBS v1.11 package, you should have received two files:
  2.  
  3. UBBS111A.ZIP    Contains executables and main files
  4. UBBS111B.ZIP    Contains executables, documentation, help, & sample files
  5.  
  6. You should unZIP UBBS111A.ZIP into a \UBBS\ directory. UBBS111B.ZIP must be
  7. unZIPped with PKUNZIP's "-d" option to create the necessary directories to 
  8. place its files in (FILES\ and HELP\).
  9.  
  10. As packaged, UltraBBS comes with all paths set to directories on drive D:.
  11. If you use another drive, remember, you must change ALL drive letters--in
  12. the BBS parameters, the conference setup, the DAT files' setup sections,
  13. etc.  Also remember to create all necessary directories when first getting
  14. started.

  16. The UltraBBS documentation, ULTRABBS.TXT, is designed to be printed and may 
  17. look strange when TYPEd.  It can be printed with:
  18.   
  19. COPY ULTRABBS.TXT PRN
  20.   
  21. The file CONTACT.TXT lists places where the author may be contacted.  
  22. If you have any problems, suggestions, or bug reports, please report them to 
  23. one of these places.  Remember, this is only version 1.11.  Many great new
  24. features are already planned for the next version.
